One of our primary aims is to ensure that the full customer care package is maintained beyond equipment installation. Biopharma provides a wide range of services and support for all the equipment we supply. With an installed base of more than 200 freeze dryers, of all sizes and configurations, you can rest assured of our expertise. Our experienced engineers are able to support you throughout the life of your freeze dryer. Alternatively, if you have your own service engineers, we are able to train them in the care and maintenance of your machine.

We have invested in a range of high quality calibration equipment and can bring to the site all instruments necessary to complete a full calibration of all instruments to UKAS standards.

Biopharma Technology, our sister company, is also on-hand to provide a range of services in freeze drying, including consultancy, R&D and training.

Our Services include:

Planned Maintenance

A trained, experienced eye can be worth more than days of searching in the dark. Biopharma offer a range of services from a 1 or 2day service visit for our laboratory machines to a full 5 day service for our production machines and anything else in between. Every service is supplemented by a full report and all equipment necessary for a service is supplied including spare parts if required. We will even train you to do your own maintenance if that is what you want.

Qualification

The qualification of a freeze drier can be expensive in time and resources. We at Biopharma have the solutions to help resolve this. With over 40 machine qualifications completed, we have the experience to understand the problems before they arise. By having an extremely close working relationship with our principals and being actively involved in the project right from the placement of an order, we are able to offer a bespoke service to our customers.

Breakdown Servicing

Problems come in many different forms, and no two are ever quite the same. Biopharma's technical department is backed up by our principals. We have the means to tap into their resources to assist you. Regular planned maintenance helps, but when there is a problem you want the confidence to know it is being attended to by experienced, factory trained, service engineers who will probably have seen your problem before.
