Update on Used Equipment

| Biopharma traditionally has not offered used equipment for sale except in the occasional
case of a machine which history is fully known and has been carefully maintained by ourselves
– in such cases we have sometimes bought back such systems or occasionally brokered the sale
between interested parties. In such cases we would service the equipment and update or
replace any suspect or consumable parts to ensure the original specification is met prior to
being offered for sale with a short warranty.

Probably as a reflection of recent economic times we have been increasingly receiving
requests for used equipment options and have also been asked whether we would be interested
in purchasing used equipment by some of our customers – some systems have not been used since
first delivery. We are therefore in a position to potentially offer a limited range of used
equipment to interested parties. Whilst we have a Used Equipment section on our website this
is most often an area that remains dormant and interested parties are encouraged to contact
us with their requirements.
Should you have an interest in purchasing Used Equipment from our range of available
processing machinery then please contact us to discuss your requirements. We are not offering
a scrappage scheme at this time but would also be interested in receiving enquiry from those
with systems to offer or part exchange.
